The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), is pleased to infrom Young Ghanaians about their new capacity building initiative.
This initiative aims at building and developing the capacities of bright young Ghanaians in the areas of policy development and analysis. This initiative will run for one year during which the selected youth will be taken through trainings on how to review policies, analyse and develop policy alternatives. It will involve weekend retreats, workshops and symposia. It is expected that the initiative will enhance the capacity of Ghanaian youth to effectively engage and contribute to public discourse on key development issues. As part of this initiative, the IEA invites bright Ghanaian youth from across the country to apply for consideration.
Applicants should be bright young Ghanaians with demonstrable leadership qualities aged 23-35 years.
Applicants should have a minimum of a Masters Degree with strong analytical skills and be willing to dedicate time to the programme.
To apply, the applicants should send a two page C.V. and a cover letter outlining why they should be considered for the programme.
All applications should be sent to youthinitiative@ieagh.org by 16th June, 2016.
NB: Shortlisted applicants would be taken through an interview and a written assessment before final selection.
